## Token Allocation

$HQ will become fully accessible over the course of four years.

* 36% to Metaverse HQ community members and users
* 30% for Ecosystem Initiatives
* 25% to current and future team members&#x20;
* 9% to investors and advisors

## Community Allocation

Qualified Metaverse HQ users that meet the threshold of SAGA Zero's total boosted credits will be allocated 20% of $HQ (200,000,000) at **13:00 PM (UTC) on January 27th, 2025.**

If you are a qualified user, your $HQ allocation will be divided evenly between your *<mark style="color:yellow;">Airstream</mark> and your <mark style="color:blue;">Vault</mark>. Please read and consider the following guidelines carefully.*

#### **Airstreams - 100,000,000 $HQ**

*<mark style="color:yellow;">Airstreams</mark>* *are smart contracts that vest tokens to you in real time, over the course of 12-13 months (duration of SAGA ONE).*&#x20;

*You can claim your vested $HQ from your <mark style="color:yellow;">Airstream</mark> at any time and as often as you'd like, without any penalty or forfeiting of $HQ.*

*Users will have 1 month to claim the remaining $HQ in their <mark style="color:yellow;">Airstreams</mark> after vesting has completed (if any).*

#### ***Vaults - 100,000,000 $HQ***

<mark style="color:blue;">Vaults</mark> are unlocked and fully claimable for you upon the initialization of your <mark style="color:yellow;">Airstream</mark>. You can claim your full amount of $HQ from your <mark style="color:blue;">Vault</mark> at any time, however, **c*****laiming $HQ from your*****&#x20;**<mark style="color:blue;">**Vault**</mark>**&#x20;*****will cancel your Airstream and forfeit any unvested $HQ into the\*\*\*\*&#x20;**<mark style="color:green;">**Bonus Pool**</mark>**.***

<mark style="color:blue;">Vaults</mark> are forfeited back to the <mark style="color:green;">Bonus Pool</mark> after 14 months (\~2 months after Airstream vesting is completed) if they are not yet claimed.

#### ***Bonus Pool***

*The <mark style="color:green;">Bonus Pool</mark> is comprised of forfeited tokens and is reserved as an extension of Metaverse HQ's Community allocation to be recycled as rewards back to Metaverse HQ users/supporters through various initiatives and sagas.*

* ***Users will receive a\*\*\*\*&#x20;**<mark style="color:blue;">**Vault**</mark>**&#x20;****and an****&#x20;**<mark style="color:yellow;">**Airstream**</mark>**, containing equal amounts of allocated $HQ.***
* **Users must first initiate their&#x20;**<mark style="color:yellow;">**Airstreams**</mark>**&#x20;(via on-chain transaction)** **to claim the $HQ in their&#x20;**<mark style="color:blue;">**Vaults**</mark>**&#x20;or the $HQ vested to them in their&#x20;**<mark style="color:yellow;">**Airstreams.**</mark>
* <mark style="color:blue;">**Vaults**</mark>**&#x20;and&#x20;**<mark style="color:yellow;">**Airstreams**</mark>**&#x20;are claimable at any time.**
* **When a user claims their&#x20;**<mark style="color:blue;">**Vault**</mark>**, they cancel their Airstream and forfeit their remaining unvested $HQ (if any) to the&#x20;**<mark style="color:green;">**Bonus Pool.**</mark>
* **Users may claim any $HQ already vested in their Airstream after its been cancelled.**
* **Unclaimed tokens in fully vested&#x20;**<mark style="color:yellow;">**Airstreams**</mark>**&#x20;will be forfeited back to the&#x20;**<mark style="color:green;">**Bonus Pool**</mark>**&#x20;if they are not claimed within a month after vesting has completed.**
* **Unclaimed&#x20;**<mark style="color:blue;">**Vaults**</mark>**&#x20;will be forfeited back to the&#x20;**<mark style="color:green;">**Bonus Pool**</mark>**&#x20;after 14 months from January 27th, 2025.**
* **The&#x20;**<mark style="color:green;">**Bonus Pool**</mark>**&#x20;is reserved to reward Metaverse HQ community members/users, acting as a limitless extension of the Community allocation.**
